Residential
We will use dust sheets and polythene cover where necessary but we are
not liable for damage for interior furniture ornaments etc not removed
before work commences.
Customers are advised to remove all movable objects such as ornaments,
small pieces of furniture and blinds etc.
We can remove some items by prior arrangements at an additional cost.
Where customer is unable to remove items we will cover.
Exterior objects such as plant pots and garden furniture should be removed
to a safe area. We will use ladder supports on grassed areas so not to
damage lawns.
We are not responsible for damage if objects are not moved.
We will not be liable for leaks after cleaning. All cleaning will be
carried to the highest quality standard subject to the condition of the
conservatory or uPVC. i.e. some uPVC may de discoloured due to air pollution
and sunlight and may not come back to the original colour.
We may also not be able to clean areas if it is deemed a health and
safety hazard due to the degradation or poor quality of the the conservatory
or uPVC although this is very unusual, but we will clean it to the highest
standards possible as we have an excellent reputation to protect.
During cleaning we may find that the conservatory/uPVC may need repair
and we will report this to you but the customer must accept the original
charges quoted.
If there are repairs needed we can renegotiate the charges subject to
our terms and conditions.
Customers are requested that a water and electricity supply be made
available on the day of the cleaning.
We accept no liability for decorative bars coming loose or falling from
the exterior of the glass, if these bars are correctly installed, our
brushes will not damage them in any way. Should they become loose or
fall, this is due to the adhesive not bonding correctly with the glass
and coming into contact with dust and rain.
If you wish to postpone our services once a date is agreed you must
provide at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled date.
Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge.

are not an acceptable reason for postponing our services. We can clean
your home/premises in all conditions without affecting quality, including
rain and temperatures down to minus 12 degrees, but excluding
electrical storms.

defects, or conditions at your property/premises, such as, but not limited

any other item we deem to restrict access to an area of your property/premises,
we will be unable to clean it.
Full payment must receive payment within 15 days (commercial) of the
invoice date and full payment is due on the day of cleaning (residential)
